Pool Heat:
Very important note. If overnight temperature is less than 50 Degrees,
pool heat automatically shuts off. Pool heat will heat both the pool and the
spa to a maximum temp of 80 to 85 degrees. Spa is not hot tub.
Cleaning:
Stays less than 7 nights - additional $120 surcharge for cleaning.
Barbeque Grill:
Propane barbeque grill rental is available for an additional charge of
$55 per week.

A lockbox at the front door allows access upon arrival.
The lockbox number and directions
will be sent to you via email 1 week prior to arrival.
Should damage beyond normal wear and tear or theft occur,
you will be charged against your security deposit initially for the damage or
stolen item(s) after your departure. If loss is more than the deposit, you
agree to be personally responsible.
Items in your home are inventoried before and after your visit. Please notify
our office if any damage is noted or any items are missing upon your arrival.
Sorry, no pets are allowed.
No smoking inside the home.
Any guest found in violation at anytime will be asked to leave. All funds for
reservation will be forfeited.
